Privacy Policy: Arcade Hall ‘93

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This policy explains what the mobile game Arcade Hall ‘93 (Polish title: Salon Gier ‘93, package io.github.nicek.arcadehall, “the game”) does with information. The game is published by nicek, an individual developer (“we”, “us”). Contact: yt.nicek@gmail.com.

In short

What the game stores on your device

Your progress (money, machines, records, options such as volume) is stored in the game’s private storage on your device. We do not receive it. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

Data processed by third-party services

These services act on their own responsibility, under their own policies (https://policies.google.com/privacy):

Google AdMob (advertising). To show and measure ads and prevent fraud, AdMob may process: your advertising ID, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information (model, operating system, language), and how you interact with ads. Where you agree (in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and some other regions) ads may be personalised; otherwise only non-personalised ads are requested. Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose to watch one and the game asks you first.

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (statistics and stability). To understand how the game is used and to fix crashes, Firebase may process: an anonymous app-instance identifier, game events (for example “day finished”, “minigame played” with the score and duration, “rewarded ad completed”), device model, operating system version, country, and crash reports. We do not add your name, email or any other identifier of ours to this data.

The game does not use your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, files or health data. It requests only the permissions it needs for internet access, network state, vibration and the advertising ID.

Why we process it

To run the game for free with ads, to measure and improve it, and to fix crashes. In the EEA, the UK and other regions where the law requires it, we rely on your consent for ads personalisation, advertising identifiers and analytics. Until you have answered the consent message, the game requests no ads and collects no analytics or crash data.

Your choices and rights

International transfers and retention

Google may process data in countries outside your own, under the safeguards described in its policies. How long Google keeps advertising and analytics data follows its own settings and policies; we keep no copy of it of our own.

Children

The game is for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 uses the game, contact us and uninstall it; there is nothing in the game for us to delete. Some countries set a higher age for consent to data processing; in those, a younger player should use the game only with a parent’s permission.

Security

Everything the game stores stays on your device. Data sent to Google services travels over encrypted connections.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new date. Material changes are mentioned in the game’s release notes.
